Data Provision Requirement (DPR) 7 of the Data Provision Requirements 2012 requires ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) RTOs to provide an annual summary report to ASQA against the quality indicators. As an ASQA Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Sage is required to report each year’s quality indicators. The quality indicators are a set of key criteria that a RTO is assessed against by its learners as well as employers that they gain feedback from, regarding various aspects of their training, including the quality of trainers, course content/relevance and the assessment process of learners. These indicators are based on a survey of 559 students and 17 employers. This sample represents approximately 15% per cent of Sage’s training delivery in the 2015 calendar year. The students and employers surveyed for these indicators were selected by Sage in accordance with national guidelines. Click here to access the 2015 findings.
